I am interested in one of the condo on Toronto 195,000. I am a pensioner with some cash down.........steady income from pension and some investments........would love to qualify for this condo.......how can I qualify? have bought and sold many but since being a widow income is not the same of course.........will you try to qualify me......as I stated income is steady from the Ontario Pension Board plus my CPP and have investments in GIC's and Stocks.......but my overall income is low...........give me some assistance......I thank you in advance...........not my first purchase................but renting at the moment and would like to purchase if possible...........

Hi Brenda Thank you for the questions.  From what you have told me I think this purchase is a good possibility.  I would need to know more about your current pension and CPP.  What is your monthly pension as well as your CPP amount?  Do you receive widows payment?  ... [ more ]
